Fitzpatrick +Partners and Hassell are collaborating architects for the City Square development. Fitzpatrick + Partners goal is simple: to forge a reputation for quality buildings that respond to the individual user,their relationship, light, temperature, space and outlook. The firm's scope includes the master planning, external and interior design for the tower. Hassell is a multi-disciplinary planning and design practice with Australian origins. It has grown into an international company working on projects well in excess of $1 billion each year. Hassell is owned by its Principals, has been in business since 1938, and has over 60 professional staff located in offices throughout Australia, throughout the Peoples Republic of China, and in Hong Kong, and Thailand.
